Meet the Team
Matthew Gillich
Matthew Gillich is the former founder and executive director of District Reign Football Club, operated in D.C. for 6 years. Matthew ran the daily operations, coordinated all training sessions, and set up club events in the DMV. Current certifications held: USSF 'E' license, Goalkeeper Level One certification, and Director of Coaching certification from United Soccer Coaches. Matthew is a musician with a Bachelors' of Music Education from West Virginia Wesleyan College and was a music educator in D.C. for 10 years. For 11 years, Matthew has been coaching the beautiful game at the youth, grassroots, club and high school levels. For D.C. United Academy, Matthew was jr. coach and Scout.
Matthew's passion is providing development across the community.

Dr. Tyler Martin
Curriculum and Instruction Ed.D.
Education:
Tyler Martin is an educator with 10 years of experience in K-12 education and 5 years in instructional design. Tyler has had the privilege to build educational programs for students in middle school and high school seeing an 85% increase in proficiency in the concepts taught. In adult education, Tyler has created training and education programs for a variety of learners. Tyler has a Master's and Doctorate in Instructional Design and loves to branch into new areas of education. With experience in special education and Section 508 federal accommodations, Tyler will develop creative and insightful programs that will build skills holistically and efficiently.
